From Front Wheel Drive To 85 Hp Engine.

From The Pick-Up Truck Spread Other Models.

Which Included The Cargo Van And Station Bus/Club Wagon. 

The Latter Was Developed Into A Passenger Van. 

Ford Won Acclaim For The Design. 

Became The Path Of Other Vans That Carried Passengers.

Adopting From The Key Elements Of The Falcon Model Truck.

Developing A Demand For A Light Weight Transport, 

The European Model Sold Very Well. 

Along With The Corvair Van, Japan Became 

A Big User Of The Style, 

Manufactures  In That Country Picked Up 

Similar Models Produced For The Asian Market.

Ford Sold The Vehicle In Most Markets.

The Pick-Up Truck Was An Instant Success.

The Chevrolet Version Was Brought In As Another Choice.

In 1965 The Two Models Had An Inline Six Cylinder,

And Had Additional Power With 101 Hp. 

All Designs Had Forward Control.

An Eight Cylinder Engine Would Not Work,

Due The Space Restrictions, They Tried Any Way.
